Customer Needs Identification is the process of determining what and how a customer wants a product to perform.
Customer Needs Identification has two major goals:
To keep the product focused on customer needs
To identify not just the explicit needs of the customer, but also the latent needs.
So with that in mind, the goal is to find out precisely what the customer wants. Here we perform four major steps to identify the requirement of the client:
Gather raw data from customers
Interpret the data in terms of customer needs
Organize the needs
Reflect on the Process.
This designing the solution defined as “generate the end product specifications those are used to produce the product and to conduct product verification”. This process may be further refined depending on whether there are additional subsystems of the end product that need to be defined.
Designed Solution packaged has following:
Engineering drawing shows specification of products or parts used in overall assembly.
Estimated cost.
Estimated Material Requirement etc.
Supply in general terms refers to the total goods and services that a producer is willing to supply at a given price and at a particular place.
Erection & Commissioning stage is construction work including placing equipments (Glass Components, Plants, Assemblies etc.) and instruments (Thermometer, Gauges, Safety devices etc.) installation including their accessories.
Testing & Commissioning stage is started from loop test from all field instruments (until completed) & then run solo test for motor etc. Whether they work properly or not. If not, then proper action is taken.
The Glass assembly comes with numbers of components which are fully replaceable. Although glass high compressive strength, hardness and corrosion resistance but weaken in concentrated stress, mechanical shocks and consists low toughness, so it is breakable. In such situation the broken parts are changed or repaired by us.
Technical support is provided by us. Which includes resolving enquiries, assistance to run the plants etc.
